Worst ccc provider EVER
Signed up for a 1 year interest free card which you will agree with me would be an amazing deal. They kept charging me interests for no apparent reason.
When I called to inquire about interest they could never produce an answer as to why they were charging me, telling me it is probably because the 1 year had expired although I had had the card for less than 4 months. Customer support can barely understand what you are saying (I am sorry to say this but because they have thick accents so are probably not 100% fluent). Terrible terrible company to deal with.
Never again. Just goes to prove that there is no such thing as free money.

0% interest - garbage promotion with poor customer service
They will also not tell you that your promotion is expired, and put the interest rate at the maximum without telling customer. they will spam everything 2 months later saying you balance is past due with the interest rates already applied to principal.
Their minimum payment in online and actual paper is different and make all the customers confused. I paied the minimum which was posted in the online, but actual minimum payment was 75 cents more. They did not notify this to me, and they simply took away the promotion next month because of 75 cent shortage.
They did not even try to contact customers or send out email or anything.
they will force you to pay interest at 23%+ instead of 0% right after that date.
customer service will treat you like a dog and look down at you.
be aware of this company, there are reasons that they offer 0% interest because they will do everything to get rid of that promotion and get the interests of your dept.

Balance transfer and customer service phone no
I talked to you over phone on August 01 for transferring balance from my MBNA cc (1368) to checking account in RBC. But the I have not see the transfer.
However, I have been trying to call you, but none of the phone no is working. I have been trying for last couple of days. It has been asking for last 4 digits of my cc and my phone password repeatedly. And both are correctly given each time.
It is very much frustrating that phone no is not working whereas the service is supposed to be 24/7. My phone no is 312-804-****.
It happened before and there is no option for email communication. That is also frustrating.
They still operate in the last century

Low Interest SCAM
I paid my min payment the previous month on due date and was fine on a the previous month's payment. I maintained .99% low interest offer for 1 year...
On the following month I even paid my bill 2 days in advance of due date, and still showed payment made on same date as due date but suddenly increased payment 300% out of no where!
I tried calling. After on hold for 1 hour, another recording came on and said to call back later then hung up! One hour on hold then hanging up on me?!
Next call will be to Ministry, and then I will pay these off scammers with another card...this should be illegal for the time and distress!
MBNA also too a few hundred dollars to secure the .99% interest to begin with!
